All Attendees are required to complete this Registration Form & provide arrival & departure dates

Staying at Renaissance: If you are staying at Renaissance (the preferred hotel for this event), you MUST complete this Registration Form (Step 1) AND the Room Authorization Hold (Step 2).
Not Staying at Renaissance: If you are not staying at Renaissance, you MUST complete this Registration Form (Step 1 only). PFA Members: You will only be eligible for the Early Sign Up Incentives if you stay at Renaissance.

Please Note: Any member that signs up for the Early Incentive but cancels ON or AFTER August 31, 2023 will be charged $200. All Attendees registering on behalf of your membership/PFA ID will be subject to a cancellation and/or no-show fee in the amount of $600. This will be applied if an individual cancels after 1/22/2024 or does not show up to our event. This cancellation fee will be applied to any spouse or accompanying guest registered as an attendee.
Please provide your Trade Show Directory information here. ONLY ONE PERSON from each company will need to provide this information. (320 character maximum, including spaces)
Please include the name(s), email(s) and phone numbers of those who will be attending and representing your company. The information will be helpful for any PFA Member that would like to follow up after the show. This information will be available in our Trade Show Directory.

Members that bring more than 2 people, will be charged an additional fee of $300 per person to attend.


PLEASE NOTE: ALL EXHIBITING COMPANIES that bring more than 2 guest participants per COMPANY/per BOOTH, will be charged an additional $300 per guest. For example, ABC Company buys 1 booth that means that up to 2 attendees are included, any more than that will incur an additional $300 per attendee, if the company buys 2 booths, up to 4 attendees are included. Charges will be posted to the card that is presented for Booth Registration, as soon as there is a final attendee list from each company (Sponsors, please call for additional details).

Exhibitors: All Attendees will be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee in the amount of $600. This will be applied if any registered individual cancels after 1/22/2024 or does not show up to our event.


IMPORTANT NOTE:

All hotel reservations, cancellations and changes MUST be completed through the PFA Office. If you are staying off-site, please scroll to the bottom of this page and hit the SUBMIT button. If you are staying at RENAISSANCE you MUST complete STEP 2, then click SUBMIT. If you do not fill out Step 2, we will not secure a room for you.

Once you submit all the required registration information, you will receive an email confirmation, as well as a hotel confirmation number for your records. All attendees are responsible for all applicable room & tax charges at RENAISSANCE. Hotel policy requires one night’s room & tax deposit at time of room reservation.
