All attendees registering on behalf of your membership/PFA ID will be subject to a cancellation and/or no-show fee in the amount of $600. This will be applied if an individual cancels after 12/23/24 or does not show up to our event. This cancellation fee will be applied to any spouse or accompanying guest registered as an attendee Members that bring more than 2 people, will be charged an additional fee of $325 per person to attend. Please Note: ALL EXHIBITING COMPANIES that bring more than 2 guest participants per COMPANY/per BOOTH, will be charged an additional $400 per guest. For example, ABC company buys 1 booth that means that up to 2 attendees are included, any more than that will incur an additional $400 per attendee, if the company buys 2 booths, up to 4 attendees are included.
